after it's airborne?

It is a very long flight from BaoTou to Shanghai. I think airplane can easily make up the 10 minutes by adjusting its speed after it's airborne. I sometimes take flights arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule, and sometimes even if there a 20~30 minutes delay in take off, the flight can still arrive on schedule.

I think 10 minutes is too short a piece of time to affect the flight schedule ...
