这其实是两段，两个to短语不是对一个对象说的，我说怎么连自来不通顺。也怪转载的人不负责任。^_^
所以第一段应该是讲独裁者沾满鲜血的旗帜已经竖起，士兵是独裁者的士兵，（所以用howling和fearsome），杀的是普通老百姓的妻儿。
