【也许是，诺贝尔奖委会的人不能公布，他们有职责守密50年。而非该委会的人，却没该守密职责。】
要想保住任何一个秘密都必须是所有的直接参与者同时不泄密，否则只有组织者保密而参与者不必保密，请问这还叫不叫保密？如果这就叫保密，那么试想，只需诺奖委员会保密而参与提名的人不必保密，那每年的诺奖获得者是谁也不必等宣布了，事先大众就可以从提名人那里获得相当一部分的信息，从而推测出个八九不离十了，这样还保什么密？再试想，那么50年下来又该有多少千多少万的诺奖提名者不必保密？而光是诺奖委员会那么几个人保密还有什么意义？
同样按照你对守密的“也许是”逻辑，那是不是只需少数的间谍组织者保密，而组织者之外的所有参与间谍活动的人都不必保密了？这样还叫间谍么？
