I am not a native speaker of Chinese. Thus, my Chinese is sometimes painful for native speakers to read.
Yeah, I know you are not a native speaker of Chinese. Don't worry about your Chinese. We can manage to work out your meaning if we have more chance to read your Chinese writing 
When I go to French language forums, I can use http://bonpatron.com to improve my French grammar and spelling.
When I go to Spanish language language forums, I can use http://stilus.daedalus.es/stilus-es.php to improve my Spanish grammar and spelling.
When you go to English language forums, you can use http://spellcheckplus.com to improve your English spelling and grammar.
Is there any online software to improve my Chinese syntax and grammar?
I am not sure, but I doubt it very much. As you know, Chinese is not a spelling language and is rather loosely structured. So I do not believe such a software exists as it cannot be standardized.
