sorry about all misinfo i spit out earlier.

Last week, i heard a speech made by our newly appointed deputy of chief staff at governor's office. The lady says: "when dream is big enough, facts don't count!'.

i was worried a bit after hearing that sort of philosophy on governance. Individuals ought to be free to chase their dreams but appointed government officials better restrict themselves of doing accounting and be accountable for facts to the last nail. I considered the speech an overspill. The lady is also writing a book. It must be that her writing creative impulses inspired her to slip the tongue.
