陈用林六四集会演讲全文──附记者会问答
The third case I'd like to reveal is the case happened in Australia.
我想披露的第三个案例发生在澳大利亚。
There was a vice mayor of Xia Men called Lan Fu, L-A-N, F-U, Lan Fu, vice mayor Lan Fu. He traveled to Australia in 1999…, eh, my memory is in November, 20th of November. And he came to Australia on tourist visa.
有一个叫蓝甫的厦门副市长，他1999年来澳洲旅游，嗯，我记得是11月20号。他持旅游签证来澳洲。
On 21 of January, the second year, that's 2000, according to news report of that time, he voluntarily, voluntarily returned to China. Actually his visa did not expire at that time and he already launched for further stay in Australia.

他们怎么绑架的？他们先绑架蓝先生的儿子，用一种无毒的，不是毒药，把他迷倒，然后带到一个渔船上，送到公海。那儿有一条中国货船，在公海等着。他们把他放到船上，放到在公海上等待的中国货船上。他们把他放上船，送回中国，可能吧。
陈用林召开新闻发布会 大爆内幕
这次，陈用林详述了中共在澳洲实施的一起绑架案。他说，中共厦门市副市长蓝甫的儿子被中共的海外间谍绑架，并一次迫使蓝甫回国，而表面上看上去是蓝甫自己愿意回中国。他说中共（谐音）中国公安部第三局副局长张劲在2002年访问澳洲的时候，陈用林负责接待而且对他照顾周到，使张劲很满意，就在悉尼歌剧院附近的Hyatt酒店私下里向陈详细吐露了这个诱惑绑架案，而且这个绑架案是在张劲的一手策划下进行的。
陈用林说，厦门的副市长蓝甫1999年11月来澳洲旅游探望在澳洲的妻子和儿子。2000 年1月，在蓝甫的签证到期之前，张劲设计亲自监督绑架蓝先生的儿子，用一种麻醉药剂称‘毒晶’“dujing”，把他迷倒，然后带到一个渔船上，送到公海。那儿有一条中国货船，在公海等着。他们把他放到那条在公海上等待的中国货船上，然后打电话告诉蓝甫这件事，而且让蓝甫跟他在船上的儿子通电话，使他确信儿子已在中共的手里，蓝甫很担心他的儿子，恳求中共不危害他妻子和儿子，他同意与交换回到中国 。而且中共当初答应，如果他去，不会判什么刑，罪很轻，而且答应放回他的儿子。因此蓝甫不得不答应回中国。就在2000年4月蓝甫回中国，两年之后他被判处死刑。
