刚刚收到一个美国朋友的来信（见下录），
据说美国的CNN在网络上举行“民意调查”，有许多日本人和哈日族积极投票。
目前赞成日本成为联合国安全理事会永久会员的已达60%。
原信重点如下：

CCN news in the USA is posting a questionnaire on the web: " Do you think Japan should become a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council?"?
Please go to the website below, scroll down until you see a block with a title of "QUICK VOTE" and a question " Do you think Japan should become a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council?" Please click on the circle on the right side of "No" then click on "VOTE".
A lot of Japanese have voted Yes and made 60% YES. Not too many Chinese know about it. I know you are busy, but please take one minute to vote "NO".
