有一种观点说

针对此观点，用GOOGLE“Plea Guilty" 搜，有47万多个结果，不知够不够看的？这
里有多少“在西方国家的法庭上”认罪？可以数数。这还是认罪，不是认错。认错
是“Admit mistakes"。
> 我估计这里的所谓“认错派”没谁敢在“李文和案”审理时劝李文和“没错，看情
> 况也要认”的。
俺在话匣子里听到过关于李文和的报道。下载文件是李实验室很多人都做的事情。何
罪之有？可失去工作的是他，身陷牢狱的是他，他一个人和庞大的政府做对，胜算不
大。因此他的律师才会同意他当庭认罪，换取宽大，给政府一个台阶也给自己自由。
这就是“没罪，看情况也要认”的情况。
这是美国法制比较健全的情况。俺还没提中国千万个没错认错的右派，走资派，庐山
上认错的彭德怀。这些人正是“没错，看情况也认”，才得以喘息，甚至存活。问问
经过文革的牛鬼蛇神们，有几个没搞过没错认错的？
有网友对鼓动别人送死的行为发表评论。说你有本事自己到共产党那去送死，捅着别
人上算什么？俺看，说的似乎也不错。
