testing culture by time is the biggest joke I have ever heard!

If the only way to test a culture is by time, what Chinese people need a 脑袋 for? for eating? "饮食"在中国也被视为是一种文化,how would you like to test this one? by time or by tasting?

Chinese culture has been tested by time for more than five thousand years,and we still know nothing about it. What makes you so confident that in the next ten thousand years, Chinese culture would have been tested by time?
