Looks like the problem was caused by lack of punctuation marks in tranditional Chinese. Ancient Chinese people play this kind of punctuating game all the time. It wasn't started by Mr. 愤青, and it wasn't because of the 国外墨水.
What if there wasn't this weekness to start with?
What would you do if you found the problem, leave it as is and continue to have the problem for thousands of years to come?
