developing the market, first thing need extending the market. the market too small, the price will be too easy to be maniplated. then the price will suddenly up and down too much. and hardly to reflect the economic situation.
developing the mutual fun, specially for long term investment, is a right way to develop the market. but the market in china is very small now. so many new fun suddenly get in, the price will fly to the sky.
in china, more important is developing the knowledge about the market for those mutual fun manager and the manager of the financial company. don't every time when market going down, asking government setup new policy to rescue the market. market need be mature. not always as a " baby ". acturely it's quite funny, every time when market going down, every investor in china, who ever average investor or the manager of mutual fun and financial company, even the economist all ask government to make new policy. really like a " baby market ".
chinese market is very much unmature. don't open to oversea investor too fast. now only can let more oversea investor come in, but don't extending the investment limit too fast. that will hurt both chinese investor and the oversea investor later. because no other western market like china, when market going down everybody ask new policy coming out. that's kind of suddenly change the rule of the game. quite funny.
and the market index future can't coming out now. too danger. even those mutual fun manager not really understand how it work. just look at the soya bean market we know. soya bean future market in china long times already. basicly no body understand how to use it to avoid the risk. people are just gamble in the market.
chinese stock market need getting mature fast. not always asking government make policy to rescue the market. that's no good for chinese economic growing for long term. in short time, looks every time when market has problem government setup new policy, then everybody can gamble again. but for long term, the market never be mature, never can open the market to the world. but if the market can open to the world, there is a great benefit for chinese economic, also for the foreign investor.
