A civil law state is primarily controlled by written "civil code" generated by a Legislature which is subject to legal action to amend or modify.

Civil law states generally presume that compensation for personal services is taxable. Approximately 50% of all money earned by most of the citizens is taken to provide government services.

The American Heritage - Common Law

The effect of the American people abandoning the common law is the moral decay and loss of personal liberty seen in our present society. The greatest system of governing existing on this earth is lost to a people. The restoration of our American heritage is hidden from the minds of our people caused by an ignorance so deep and ingrained that it will take generations of education to eliminate this problem.

The solution is to recreate a society of people with this common belief system. The common law is simply Gods law as imprinted on the hearts and mind of members of the Caucasian race. This law is expressed when these people sit on a jury and judge one of their peers. This information is an attempt to find those groups and individuals with this common belief system. The goal is to restore our moral and legal heritage. The method is to live under that system of laws existing as a result of a religious upbringing or education. The result will be a moral society and better life for the next generation of our race.

The first step to restore this system of law is to learn what the laws are and how to enforce them. The purpose of setting up the college is to teach our people these laws and the method of enforcing these moral concepts in a government court system.

The invitation to join is extended to those individuals who can read this information without conflict.

Read the differences again...determine if this is the type of society that you want your children to live in...write for more lessons. You may also obtain or find the books in the study guide and learn these laws without lessons. Either way...if you are imprinted with these laws...you will find the solutions and society that you seek.
