中文翻译里说"其真实性得到了肯塔基州立大学政治学助理教授威尔弗雷德-雷利的证实",这是不对的。翻译文的贴图Wilfred Reilly自己说I can confirm that the letter in the thread below was sent to me and Tom Sowell. 他确认这封信发给他了。并没有证实这封信确实是伯克利历史系教授写的。Wilfred Reilly后来又说I can confirm that the letter was sent to the e-mail addresses for multiple members of the UC History Dept., and cc'd to myself, Tom Sowell, and the UC Chancellor. I obviously can't prove whether or not the sender is who he claims to be.
