盛雪把西人骗得胡言乱语
刘晓东（笔名三妹）
针对2016年3月4日“支持盛雪新闻会”的通知和《表彰盛雪》为名的公开信，我们于3月10日发出十一人联名的公开信。自此以后，就在最近，盛雪的支持者又有了声音，一开始这个声音并不公开， 而是对我一人而来。三位支持盛雪的西人于4月2日下午各自给我发来私人电邮信，我收到三封电邮信的时间是在4月2日下午3：31pm到5：46pm之间。其中Michael Craig 的信为主信（收到时间3：31pm），此信情绪激动，指控我攻击他，并直接指控我是特务（spy）和说谎人（Lier）。另两封信是声援信，前议员Con DiNino的声援信尤为强烈（收到时间5：33pm），他说：“我愉快和强烈地支持Michael Craig的评述。Diane Liu (我的英文名）你是一个癌瘤和一个胆小鬼。我也督促你针对你的可耻的指证拿出证据来，否则闭嘴！”这位前议员还引用了伏尔泰的一句话：“把傻子从他敬畏的枷锁中解救出来是困难的。”（刘晓东译，英文原文见下）紧跟前议员Con DiNino的声援信，大卫乔高律师（David Kilgour ）大概一刻钟后也发来声援信（收到时间5：46pm）表示支持Craig的指控信和前议员Con DiNino 的说辞。从这三封信的发送时间来看，显然是他们事先商量好的行动。
昨天，4月5日上午，我给他们发出了回复电邮，同时我收到朋友来信告诉我，盛雪已经群发出了Michael Craig 4月2日指控我特务的电邮信。
这才是盛雪的最终目的：把Craig对我的特务指控公布于众。
从三位西人发给我的信的口气来看，他们都把我们十一人联署的这封公开信看作是我的个人信，并对我个人发起上述的群攻行动。这也是盛雪及其跟班打手五年多来对朱瑞一人展开谩骂群攻的同样方式，只不过对我的围攻从国人换成了西人，围攻我的人数远远少于围攻朱瑞的人数。这些西人不惜降低水平为保盛雪效劳，可见他们对盛雪的敬畏枷锁之坚牢。对此我有两个分析，请容我一一道来，先道西人给我来信的超低水平。
Craig来信中明确说明，他指称我为特务的根据是因为我“攻击”盛雪等人。Craig的逻辑与盛雪的一样：谁“攻击”盛雪谁就是特务。请问，盛雪是哪家“伟光正”？刘晓波又是哪家“伟光正”？对他们，我从来没被“敬畏的枷锁”锁住过。就是对那些我崇拜得五体投地的美国先贤们，我也明白，他们因为时代的局限而有过这样那样的错误观点，但这并不妨碍美国历史学家把他们看作个人品德远高于民间大众的革命一代。而盛雪则道德败坏，谎话连篇。不要说电子书《民运黑洞》中的作者多为当事人，所写文章全部是事实真相，就是对公众人物的揭露有偏差，也无可指摘，也属言论自由范畴。虽然我不是揭露盛雪滥权贪腐的当事人，但我的头脑足以判断，那些当事人的揭露均是事实真相，正是这些事实真相使我认清了盛雪。我认为，揭露和质疑公众人物盛雪是公众的义务和权利，因此而把揭露人打成特务是严重侵犯他人权利的违法行为，实在荒唐至极！连我这样的支持者也被打成特务，则更加荒唐至极！大卫乔高曾是律师，Di Nino曾是议员，真的连这点道理都不懂？非也！全因听信盛雪的谎言而乱了他们自己曾经训练的头脑。下面容我再道盛雪的谎言骗术。
盛雪的谎言骗术并不高超却不失巧妙，拿来欺骗不知真相的西人和国人则绰绰有余。比如盛雪以一副受害人的可怜相说（她在微信群中也这样说）：“刘晓东反对诺贝尔和平奖得主刘晓波，我不同意，她就攻击我。”处于“敬畏枷锁”之中的幼稚西人一听这话还不炸了窝，我们连盛雪都不允许反对，她吃了豹子胆竟然敢反对诺贝尔和平奖得主刘晓波？一定是特务！为了说明真相，我给西人的回信中不得不说清我反对刘晓波的具体观点，只有具体真实的事实真相才能戳穿盛雪巧妙扭曲事实真相的谎言。再比如，盛雪在2016年3月30日发出的文章中说：“昨天，我接到加拿大原国会议员、亚太司司长、著名律师、作家大卫乔高转给我的电邮，居住在美国芝加哥的刘晓东女士将攻击我的材料翻译成英文发给他。攻击者不只发给大卫乔高，和我有二十多年合作的迈克克里格和麦克斯特恩早就接到了攻击材料。”
盛雪这里所指的“攻击材料”是我们的一封公开信。这封公开信开诚布公地述说事实真相以及我们对诸多相关问题的观点，且此信涉及到参加“支持盛雪新闻会”的西人和《表彰盛雪》公开信的签名人，我们当然要把这封公开信发给那些联名人和参加新闻会的当事人。
盛雪就是这样以一种混淆的言辞蒙蔽不明真相的局外人，这是她的惯用伎俩。她巧言令色，善于巧妙地扭曲事实、制造谎言。不仅如此，盛雪也很会沽名钓誉，在她的这篇东西中，她不知羞耻地把高瑜大姐、 浦志强、高智晟、许乃来一股脑地都抬出来为她打击他人抬高自己铺路。
既然盛雪把Craig指称我特务的私信群发出去。我也在此把我给三位西人的回信翻译出来，连同所有英文信一并群发出去，以正视听。我的信的中译如下：
亲爱的Craig先生：
感谢你对我们的公开信的回答。我记得我从来没有给你写过任何私信。也感谢大卫乔高律师和DiNino前议员的回信。我相信，有一天，当真相大白时，你们三人会对你们的指控感到后悔。
我想告诉你，我关于刘晓波事件的观点没有改变。 我反对中共当局以言治罪刘晓波，但是不同意刘晓波的声明“我没有敌人——我的最后声明”。我附上我的两篇文章，一篇文章表达了我对刘晓波事件的观点，一篇文章是我执笔的给诺和平奖委员会的公开信，此信有二十位中国民主人士联名。
至于 Di Nino先生要求我拿出证据，证据就在我们的公开信中，盛雪的主席期限在２０１４年就已经到期。我愿意进一步拿出有关盛雪政治问题的证据，这也是你们三人均经历和知道的。从今年2月22日到3月12日，中共海外喉舌《明报》在二十天内写了五篇专讯文章支持盛雪，你们不觉得这很反常吗？他们（明报）拒绝听取任何其它意见。我们给他们写了信，还派朋友亲自去见他们，他们恶劣的态度在文明的西方国家是很少遇到的。我的第二个附件是一篇曝光中共政权如何控制海外中文媒体的文章。这篇文章说，《明报》是中共所控制的四大主要海外中文媒体之一。我并不吃惊你们不能理解复杂的海外中国民运。
我希望这两个附件可以修正你们的思路。

Dear Mr. Craig:
Thank you for your replying to our Open Letter. I remember that I have never wrote any personal letter to you before. Also, thanks for the emails from attorney David Kilgour and former senator Con DiNino. I believe, one day, you three will feel sorry for your accusations when the truth is brought to daylight.
I would like to tell you that my opinion about Xiaobo Liu’s event has not changed. I am against the Chinese regime’s illegal detention of Xiaobo Liu for his speech. Also, I disagree with his statement “I Have No Enemies — My Final Statement”. I have attached my two articles about my opinions. One is an article that I wrote to show my opinions about Xiaobo Liu’s event， the other is an open letter I wrote to the Nobel committee about Xiaobo Liu’s Nobel nomination which twenty Chinese democratic activists co-signed.
As for Mr. Di Nino asking me to present proof, it is in our open letter Sheng Xue’s Chairman term has expired in 2014. I would like to present further proof to show Sheng Xue’s political problem that you three has experienced and know personally. From February 22 to March 12, 2016 the Chinese regime’s overseas mouthpiece Ming Pao wrote five articles in twenty days to support Sheng Xue. Don’t you think it is abnormal? They have refused to hear any other opinions. We have sent a letter and sent a friend in person to them. Their bad attitude is rarely experienced in a civilized western country. The second attachment is an article revealing how the Chinese regime controls the overseas Chinese media. It says Ming Pao is one major media among four major overseas Chinese Medias controlled by the regime. It does not surprise me that you do not understand the very complicated situation of the overseas Chinese democratic movement.
I hope these two attachments might help you to revise your thinking.

Dear Ms. Liu,
Your lengthy diatribe against Sheng Xue and her supporters that you sent to David Kilgour was forwarded to me. Given that you attack me in several ways, I thought I should respond. However, I don't have unlimited hours and resources so, trust me, my comments will not amount, like yours, to eleven pages of drivel.
First, let me be clear that I utterly reject your allegations that Sheng Xue is responsible for "false invoices, immigration fraud, embezzlement of donations and funds." You do not present one shred of evidence, and never have, to substantiate these lies. If there is any truth whatsoever to your wild claims, I should think that you and your Chinese handlers would have long since presented relevant financial records and sworn affidavits. I invite you to come to Toronto with all the evidence you can muster to challenge my firm belief that Sheng Xue is a victim of your malicious lies, not a perpetrator of fraud.
You are well aware, of course, that FDC Canada conducted an exhaustive examination of its financial records and concluded, in September 2014, that there is “no indication of embezzlement”, and “no evidence to support misconduct” in her dealings with the Refugee Board. You ignore the truth and promulgate lies.
Ms. Liu, I think you are a Chinese spy, not a "dissident freelance writer and pro-democratic activist" as you contend. I base this conclusion on the fact that you have been attacking Sheng Xue and other human rights and democracy activists, critics of Chinese repression, for many years. It is very significant, to my mind, that you lead an attack on Liu Xiaobo shortly after he was arrested in 2008, for publishing "Charter 08 - A Blueprint for Fundamental Political Change in China", and before he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. What do you think of Liu Xiaobo now?
I cannot conclusively prove that you and the Chinese government are engaged in a highly organized, fully resourced campaign to discredit Sheng Xue, but we do know, the media reports, that such tactics are part of the arsenal of the Chinese Communist Party. (You must have read in recent months of the illegal arrests and deportations to China of dissidents from Hong Kong and Thailand, and the harassment of overseas activists' families in China.) The sheer volume – over 1,000 internet posts and 200+ articles – of the highly organized effort to discredit Sheng Xue, and the willingness to stoop to illegal sexual harassment, point to an organization like the Chinese government spy network that has unlimited resources and lacks moral boundaries.
I ask myself who benefits if you successfully marginalize one of China's most successful critics, and the obvious answer is your employer, the Chinese government. If you were honestly concerned about questionable behaviour from Sheng Xue, why wouldn't you present detailed, conclusive evidence rather than repeat, over and over, your unsubstantiated claims? Why go public obsessively in an effort to destroy Sheng Xue's reputation, rather than attend meetings of FDC to prove that she is a criminal? The answer, of course, is that the public attack is the whole point, it's your job, and you don't have any evidence.
So Ms. Liu, in short you are a liar, a fake and a fraud. I would like to swat you like a noisy wasp but, sadly, you are more like a swarm of wasps that wants to eat me alive. Luckily for me, as a Canadian in a free society that respects the rule of law, I am immune to wasps. So continue to buzz, make sure you are well paid for your dirty work, and rest assured, despite your hard work the Chinese rights and democracy movement will not go away.
