jumbojets take longer time to take off and land. average poeple like you and me can't stand high G forces like fighter pilots, the landing and depart route are very rough and short for military jets.
it is true there is a breakeven point for handling departure and retrieval optimally. the mordern carriers can eject two and retrieve another 2 at a time. During wwii, big carriers couldn't do this, but big ones have over 100 planes on them. F
or military secrets, the information about how many aircrafts on a carrier, the data only shows "at least" some numbers, that is, we can have the minimum of such such, but the ability can be boosted at battle zone.
it is strange to look at the pictures that people in SD wearing winter coats.
