I am confused by 老愣 的“反对人大通过的《反垄断法》”
but thanks to 老愣, i find the problem of anti-trust most interesting. Any law without concrete body of cases are lifeless.
I do not bite into this line of argument "anti-trust, anti-truth"
http://www.mises.org/story/436
which holds the other extreme view:
"The truth is that monopoly is impossible in a free market; government is the true source of monopoly; and antitrust itself has never done anything but render American industry less competitive while inflicting great harm on consumers. The standard account of antitrust regulation being in "the public interest" is truly Orwellian."
I believe the merit of anti-trust is best represented in this sort of diligence as exemplified by Mr. Gordon Cook's extensive research and his concluded opposition to the proposed merger of Internet 2 & NLR
