foreign policy historically. Democracy is mainly for domestic policies. Democracy does not guarantee a foreign policy friendly to other nations. This article was confusing the domestic system with foreign policies and laid wrong blame to democratic system. The author mostly likely knows the difference but was intentionaly misleading the readers, which was not decent.
