I don't get the thoery for circumcision lowering hiv risk. it does help lower cervix cancer rate, as long standing Jewish trandition and other cultures comparison. however, hiv transmission is by way of body fluid, seman(you know what I mean), blood, and sweat. a small breach/ulcer on skin or internal may cause infection. Can circumcision do any good for lowering hiv infection?
why don't you want any fun of that? as You said it, DIY is the safest one,
