1，get rid of .html in the link, you can get entry to download;

2，if installed ms firewall with xp sp2，you should unlock downloaded file,click your right mouse button->property(ies)menu,then click unlock button, open file, everything is there. if other security software, you'd try to figure it out yourself, the principle is the same: unlock it.
