in Australia. The members were deafs with a cochlea implant. On those ealy days the discrimination of the electronic cochlea wasn't that great. So they could hear anything from your talkings to the electrical stray noises when you were pulling the cigarette lighter out from the car. After all, all they could hear was meaningless without a relearning of the artificial tunes.

They called the hearing device cicada.
