WHO declared YES in 1980s'.疫苗is for protect potential terrorism
attack--bcz, former USSR, Russia and US still keep smallpox virus strains and the former
is in bad economic and political situations now. US and UN, WHO concern it may release virus to the terrorists and induce a castratic pandemic infection which would kill 40-60% population, especially the people now has no immunity and is very sensitive to this fatal
virus--US stop vaccination in 1972 and China in 1980s'.
Prevention is better than cure.
