No one wants to live with poors, but they don't say. One way to get rid of the poors or even the middle class is to raise the tax on the properties in the area. You might afford the houses for sale but you cannot afford the tax on it.

As for me, don't mind 房价一落千丈.There is no safe place in NYC anyway. Hate the city impose high tax based on a inflated housing market.
