万学长，我是清华工物89届毕业生，上海人。交大的’汉芯‘丑闻对于每个以科学求达求真的国人都是一个大打击。How do we introduce great ideas and true scholastic people we encountered abroad to our people and connect them with our human resources and scarce _real_ international capital is a big problem.
In my field, i believe Prof. C.K. Yuen of National University of Singapore & Dr. Charles Moore's ( forth language inventor) ideas on parallel computing are truely great ideas. And the best part of it all is that US market have already invested their chip fab processes on other theories and they couldn't afford to switch to the better ones. And if we were to start anew, why pay loyalty to the lousy theories?
