still dont get it. why the traveller's time is 12:0:1.5 when he receives the signal.

say the revaller starts at 11:59:59. after 1 sec at 12:00 he travels x miles. you start to send out a signal. after another sec at 12:0:01 he is at 2x miles and receivs the signal. and your time is 12:0:01 too. after another sec at 12:0:02 you receives the feedback and he is at 3x mils away. but I beleive he clock is 12:0:02 too.

weird.
