i propose to change this rule. Instead of prohibiting them to post, let them post but no one is allowed to respond to their postings until their penalty time expires. In this world as ours, offenders, pretenders and abusers are all in a mixed bag. Silence ought to be weightier than any rational or irrational rubbish.
