金针度世，
大雅传薪。
Golden needle punctures to the life world,
The big grace fame of which spreads in the wood.
心清似水，
人淡如秋
My heart is as pure as water,
Such indifferent mood’s as fall.
集天下智，
拜世间才。
Gather all the wisdom in the human world,
Just do obeisance to the sages at present.
四海谁同梦，
千山我独行
In four seas no one could dream together with me?
On thousand mountains I walk alone by myself.
泪血润诗草，
沧桑葆素心
My poem grass flares brightly in blood with tears,
Plain heart overshadows vicissitudes.
浮沉凭运数，
得失笑鸡虫
Just as floating or sinking depends on the lucky number,
The gain and loss similar to insects eaten by chicken.
室静何妨陋，
书多自不贪
Never mind the room for study is so humble but still,
In which you have too many books to be greedy for more.
窃抱传薪愿，
欲磨度世针
In secret I cherish my wish to spread the brand,
Want to whet the needle for pricking the human world.
疏狂原忤世，
寞寞好吟诗
Crazy as my ambition I go against the life time,
But I enjoy myself and like to sing a fine hymn aloud.
