我也不具备自己随意编一个定义然后就向全世界宣告“这是唯一正确标准”的胆量。：)
不管怎么说，李海樱、钟辽国、周利伟、张明君、李龙生、李文星、韦延良、何家红八人在受“护工”指使殴打孙志刚时，正是“受役使并丧失自由的人”和“someone who works for and is the prisoner of another; someone who works under duress and without payment”。
在中国很多事情都是在法律条文上非法但在实际上却被有权势者尽情地行使着的。
