Chinese doctors can practice medicine in American and Canada as long as (s)he passed USMLE step1,step2 exams, then enter a resident program at a hospital. After 3-4 years and pass step3 exam, (s)he is an American doctor. (s)he doesn't have to spend 12 years to study from beginning.
I don't know if Wang has passed these exams, but it is possible.
Even if he didn't take these exams, chinese doctor is admired as MD in usa. But (s)he has to passed the exams and finish the redisent program to practice medicine in usa.
I admire you but this time you are wrong.
BTW, american doctors can earn more, but 600-1000 thousands/y is not common. 200 thousands/y would be the average. But it takes time and alot efforts.
