I'm not that low to go after your spelling.
You did not only mistake George Shultz as the Secretary of State during senior Bush administration but also fabricate whole story about going to Baghdad to meet Saddam.
No US Secretary of State ever went to Baghdad for the diplomacy before the first Gulf War. Secretary Baker did go to Geneva to meet Iraq forgein minister Tariq Aziz a week before the war broke. It was not a secret meeting, whole world knew it. Secretary Baker never regretted about this meeting, even though it was Bush's ieda, he totally shared it.
It was an important measure to win congressional support for the war.
Soviet did not bring up any peace plan BEFORE the war, but one month AFTER the war started and was rejected by George Bush. It was rather a cease-fire plan.
These demonstrate once again how you always cook historic facts to serve your bizarre opinion.
Would you please admit these mistake also? with some sincerity.
