risk a war with Chinese. There is no radical change in Sino-American relationship since Bush administration took office. He might talk a lot to please his money constributors but his action has not been out of line. He still went to China to make up, didn't they?



The recon flights did not start from GWBush. They have been there since the old Bush was the president. Clinton did not stop it, did he?
