I was not disheartened.I am very taugh and always open and never fragile.

I know my english is far from good and I think writing here in English can help me to improve it.Another reason that I do not use Chinese is that my boss, who has chances to glance at my screen , once asked me why had I installed chinese software,which is useless for my work.

I am glad that more people are using English here now.
