Manners are not established subjects for women. But if ladies do not take the postions of women, that is not necessary for men to treat them as women.
On the other hand, men can always treat ladies as women and to be in a gentle manner even it is pretending. But that is so tricky that some women really enjoy being treating like a man. So blaming a man's bad manner to women, you should just find out what the certain woman would like. I assume delighting women should be great job of men. Otherwise, who give a damn.
