Firstly, I agree that "人类的语言学习能力是天生的本能."
I also agree that "一个婴儿可以在六岁前,在不充分理解语意的情况下,基本上学会用语言表达自己的思想."
The above, however, are far from your claim that "语音是比语义更好记忆的语言成分." May be you want to express that when a child learns language, he can say the words before he can fully understand the meaning of the words. Even so, this obversation does not lead to the conclusion that it is easier to remeber the sounds than the meaning. Two considerations:
1. Learning to speak is more than memorize the sound, the motor function is always involved. When a mother points out a horse and said horsie, she invariable encourages the little child to repeat after horse. And the child frequently watch the mother's mouth closely in an attempt to repeat the pronounciation.
2. Aside from the motor function aspect, at most one can say that the sounds of words are easier to remember than their meanings during developement. It is far fetch to generalize this to adults of normal intelligence. Most of time, we remember the meanings of words but have difficulties remember the exact words spoken. It is common sense. If you don't agree, please provide the source or direct quotes of Noam Chomsky or his wife's writing.
Secondly, if you read Noam Chomsky, he should well aware that his famous claim. Language is effectively a brain organ. That is, language is more a hardware function. If one accept his view, it then follows that your claim that the Chinese langueage is inferior means that Chinese brain is inferior. And I see no evidence for that. Do you?
I had written a Chinese response earlier, it was lost while posting. And then my chinese program didn't work. If you have problem understanding the above, I could rewrite in Chinese later. Just let me know.
