Lao Fan’s comments on my poster have triggered this question that has long puzzled me: Why is it so difficult for readers to understand my articles? Is that possible at all?
I remember the Vietnamese (Yuenan Ren) also said that I criticized those “minyun” trashes only because they fell short of my expectations that they should be saints. YNR is famous for his muddled head, so that was not surprising. But as far as I know, Lao Fan is not that kind of creature. That’s why his comments have made me really desperate.
So far, all I have been trying to say is just as follows:
1) There are two ways of counter-communism (sorry I made up this word, “fan gong”). One is to reveal the crimes the commie have committed and incite the massive hatred so as to overthrow the CCP. The other is to tell everyone how the communists think, act and react, so as to alert and educate everyone and help them get rid of the commies way of life. The “pro-democracy campaigners” (min yun) have been doing the former whilst I have been doing the latter.
2) Obviously to any non-idiot, the former can only be useful in changing the regime, but not the society. If the majority of the society members do not get rid of the communist way of thinking and acting, there will NEVER be a democratic China.
3) Unfortunately, the “minyun” trashes are only good at the former. This is only natural as their knowledge and “wisdom” have only one source: the Party. Consequently, they mimic the Party in every detail, and copy the old tricks used by the Party to overthrow KMT in the 30s and 40s. At the same time, they show every vicious sign as to how they will rule the country once they are in power. Their suppression of dissidents is even more ruthless than the current CCP. Put in Gao Han’s words, their strategy is “to silence the critics by attacking them” (yi ma zhi ma).
4) In view of these facts, any non-idiot can reach the sound conclusion that those guys are just like the commies in the 30s and 40s, trying to establish a new tyranny in the name of “democracy”. They are much, much more reactionary than the current CCP. If you want to have a democratic China, you have to be alerted and never allow them to have a chance to seize power, as the commies did in the 40s.
5) Most importantly, those guys serve as a “negative teacher”. If one does not know what the commies’ way of life is like, just look at them. If you want to be a liberal by heart, just use them as a mirror and do what they would not do and never do what they would do.
6) I do not expect ordinary people to become saints. On the contrary, it is those “min yun” trashes who force everyone to behave like a Confucian in the Song Dynasty, refusing to eat any “commies’ food” with the firm belief “better dead than read”. But I do believe that the only way to make China progress is to help most people get rid of the commies way of life. Unfortunately, the majority of the ordinary “pro-democracy” people active on line act just like commie bandits. If this is not to change, then these people WILL form the mass basis of another Mao Dynasty in the future. That’s why I keep condemning their behavior, not to turn them into saints, but to tell people the real meaning of democracy and freedom.
