"Researchers report this week that they have found the remains of a group of small hominids that may be a new species of human -- one that may have existed on an island near Indonesia as late as 14,000 years ago. The dwarf species of human was found in a cave on the Indonesian island of Flores. What does it mean to be a "new species?" And does the finding of these proto-humans shake up the human family tree?"
