3 reason use magnetic train in bejin-shanghai line
1. as i said before, china will build many high speed railway soon. even in northereast area, i believe, will plan to build high speed railway soon.
if all these are in different system that's not a good idea for maintenance. also, the maintenance cost will be higher.
2. because magnetic train don't touch railway when it run. so, there are no vibration. this not only save energy but also last train longer. specially, shanghai to jian-su area is soft land. vibration can be a big headache for high speed train.
3. there are some chance superconductor tech can get break. if so, magnetic train have much more advantage than wheel high speed train. once we use wheel train, we can't switch it to other system, and imposible break down it to build a new one in 20 or 30 years, even maybe in 50 or 100 years.
but we don't know 100 years late's technology. if superconductor tech get break, for magnetic train just change cable.
now, shanghai magnetic train is in use. and germany, magnetic train is in building. we can watch it first. get experence first.
the better way and safety way, we can build bejin to tianjin or shanghai to wuxi high speed railway in magnetic train first after germany magnetic train is done. or can build shanghai to hangzhou high speed train first. anyway there is a plan there.
if shanghai and german's magnetic train really not so good as wheel train, then still have chance to use high speed wheel train and not wast too much.
