I did a posting this morning to point out Lu's English usage mistake.

Ludi's angry response was "... The only way to deal with this kind of pest is to kick his ass occasionally, then let him dry up."

I hereby file three charges against Ludi:

1. The use of animal terms ("pest") to refer to others; and
2. The act of 恶语侮辱 by "kick his ass"...; and
3. The threatened use of violence by "kick".

Though still having lingering doubts about its procedure, I raise no objections about your verdict against me earlier today.

In the name of the forum-wide justice and fairness, and in view of Ludi's flagrant violations of the published rules contained herein-above, I hereby request that appropriate disciplinary actio(s) be taken against Ludi.

It is further requested that appropriate disciplinary actio(s) be taken with the same publicity as in my case.
