Your Honor and gentlemen of the jury,
Zszz, wyzy (It is well-known and doubtless that ) under the rule of "Master" 07, who was under the delusion that he was the master of the slaves in his mini-kingdom, the Hanjianqitan Forum was nothing but a mockery to the freedom of speech, where dissidents were humiliated and insulted whilst the offenders always went unpunished. Worst of all, inspired by the CCP that always persecute political prisoners as if they were criminals, he even fabricated crimes and deprived me, the most outstanding dissident, of the right to speak here.
After the dark age, however, banzhu 23, the most liberal Web Master this stupid web site has ever boasted, brought about a new atmosphere. Very unfortunately, as I predicted, pretty soon "the tank of '13+16' cracked down the brief 'Prague's Spring' that 23 had bought with him/her".
The day before yesterday, I posted up a poster entitled "yong zuo zhuanzhi zhidu de baihushi" (Be courageous enough to defend the authoritarian regime). Shortly afterwards, the article was selected as one of the key articles (daodu). In less than 24 hours, its click count broke the historic record for the past year and reached almost 600. Then it was deleted. I posted up a poster demanding an explanation. This morning I found 13 responded. Unfortunately, I cannot read Chinese texts as I am working now. So I can only assume that he was responsible for that crime. This poster is based on that presumption. If it turned out to be wrong, then what I am going to say below would of course be invalid.
The article that 13 deleted is actually the most important and brilliant piece I have ever written in my whole writer's career. It deals with a broad range of important historical and current issues, from evaluation of Lu Xun, Hu Shi, CCP, KMT, Chiang Kai-shek and his son, etc, to the correct course that China's pro-democracy movement should take. Most importantly, in that article, I have entered the uncharted territory and pointed out how the real freedom warriors at home should conduct their struggles correctly.
Put it without any exaggeration, this piece weighs much, much more than all the articles put together that those so-called "minyun" (pro-democracy movement) writers have written, to say nothing about the fact it has revived this stupid forum which has been withering due to the red terror 07, the shameless, ruthless and lying dictator, had imposed.
Yet, such an important piece was simply, brutally and ruthlessly murdered by 13, who for the whole of his life will never be able to write a decent article, let alone such a masterpiece of historical value. In doing so, he even did not bother to leave an announcement so that the victim would know who had committed the crime. This action alone has exposed how scornful he really is towards the writer and readers.
I know there are excuses that he could pick to justify this literary butchery. In one place, I used "qun mang (wenmang+ zhimang)" (ill-witted illiterates) to refer to those who had taken part in the discussion on Lu and Hu. So what? It was a statement of fact. Though maybe with some exaggeration, it was what I felt. Besides, I learnt this expression from Ms Han Jiangyue who had described MBM as "xin mang" (blind soul). Compared with this outrageous insult, my objective description was as soft as velvet .
In another place, I referred to those "minyun fighters" as "minyun laji" ("democratic trash"). Again, 13 might use this as the pretext. But if we can call the CCP "communist bandits", why can't we call its enemies "democratic trash"? Banning such titles only reveals 13 himself is one of the "democratic" trash.
The real reason why 13 (what an unlucky number!) was furious, I guess, is that the article offended the real "yazhaifuren" of this trash forum. To tell you guys the truth, I had held a favorable opinion on Ms Moli until she started attacking Suibian in the most indecent way. Not only did she refuse to apologize to Suibian for twisting his words, but also she accused him of "defending the authoritarian regime". Later on, in her fight with MBM, she became the natural suspect for knowing MBM's IP information and spreading it publicly. Worse still, she even incited and unleashed Niu Lehou to attack MBM. It seems to me that she is the real mistress of this trash forum who maintains close relationships with more than one members of the club and is always well-informed, whilst Wolf is just a poor figure head or a puppet (sigh).
Anyway, my only crime is that I said something like this, "a famous 'human rights fighter', supported by hooligans, severely attacked Suibian". But again, it was the truth, because those people were indeed hooligans. What else would call those guys who called Suibian all sorts of bad names such as "CCP spy", "Urine Director" (xiao bian chuzhang)?
Frankly, the forum had been full of filth before I came back. "Urine director", "hawks and running dogs of the CCP", etc had become the routine titles people used to address each other. Both Suibian and MBM were subjected to everyday lynch by the mobs. The worst case was Gao Han. Up until now, he has been attacking me anonymously, calling me "Lu Da Q" and "Nucai" (running dog) etc.
Sadly, none of these hooligans was punished. Furthermore, NOEQ (no IQ either, I must say) wrote a notorious piece entitled "the burning finger" which was full of obscene personal attacks. Yet, the piece was selected as one of the key articles and won wild applause from those "China's consciences". Putaopi demanded removing that article, but nobody paid attention to the just request.
Why is 13 so selectively blind, focusing only on my language?
There is no excuse that could possibly justify 13's crime, as he had had plenty of options before he committed the literary and conscientious murder. First of all, he could have posted up a short note, listing all the sentences he deemed inappropriate and could have asked me to revise my article. Even if he had been too lazy to do this, he could simply have removed it from the list of the key articles. As an ordinary piece, it would have not mattered too much, even if the language used in that article was not fully polished. Finally, he could have moved it to zhongyiyuan where the rule is much looser.
Yet, he had done none of them. Why? Because he hated the truth I tried to tell the readers in that piece. His soul could have never rested, had he not committed the murder straight away.
So much for such a "fighter of freedom of speech"! It really makes me sick! How could I sink so low and blind so completely as to have taken this kind of "democratic trash" for colleagues?
Your Honor and Gentleman of the Jury, hereby I demand the following:
1) In light of the fact that 13 has proven to be a barbarous butcher, as the most outstanding writer of this forum, I solemnly demand the hjclub relieve him of the duty of banzhu.
2) As a victim of his crime, I solemnly demand his apology as well as financial compensation for the great agony and indescribable stress he has inflicted on me:)) For that matter, a few hundred US dollars would do me no harm:))
3) As a victim of his crime, I solemnly demand the above-mentioned article to be restored immediately. Out of my devotion to this trash forum, I generously grant banzhu 23 the right to display the article permanently in daodu, in the similar way to the piece by banzhu 19.
Please take my case seriously and hold a just trial. In the mean time, please allow me to tell you what I really feel in the depth of my heart: I DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THIS STUPID FORUM, and I do not really believe justice can really be upheld in this trash forum. The only reason I raise this issue is just to annoy "democratic crooks". That's all.
I know my comeback has relived this trash forum and I was really stupid by doing that. My problem is that it always gives me tremendous pleasure to reveal the real faces of those great hypocrites. Brought up in the communist Mainland, hypocrisy is what I hate the most among all vices.
Almost forgot to say: if I lose my case, may I assure you that the article would reappear because I AM GOING TO ADD IT TO MY COLUMN IN THE OLD WAY THAT GAVE 07 THE EXCUSE TO BANISH ME!!! Now I really enjoy being banished by this trash forum as none but one of the members has had the guts to tell the truth. It would be my glorious time to be banished by those spineless creatures once again.
