nobody in our family has mentioned 64 this year. it seems that we forget it.
my parents in law are typical of chinese. they go to church, hate fa lun gong and love gong chan dang.
the first time they found out that i didn't love gong chan dang as they did, they grilled me.
"where were you in 64 ?", my mother in law asked.
"he was a student , that' why!", my father in law exclaimed.
i didn't tell that i began to hate gong chan dang much earlier.
they had a serious talk with my wife. my wife has no special love for gong chan dang as her parents. however, she persuaded me to stop talking "FAN DONG HUA" at home and in the church.i agreed.
"what did they do in 64?" i asked my wife.
"before the shooting, they were happy and excited, and went to street everyday to see the students, cursing deng xiao ping for corruptions.after the shooting , they cried a lot and cursing deng xiao ping.
i real don't know when they changed side", my wife said.
