We are getting older day by day, year by year and yet the dispute on the right- and wrongdoing between the not well defined leftists and rightists continues. So what is the best for yourself in the rest of your life? A healthy body I guess is the most important for every one.
Besides, I for one have to struggle for the money for the retirement. The legal age for a full benefit claim is now sixty six year old, a year longer than the retirement age of sixty five several year ago. The reason for this is the social security that government collects the money from you is no longer there available to pay you back when you are old. You really don't know what will be happened to you when no one hires you if you still can do something for living. Every old folk will be doomed if the social security goes bankruptcy. The US government knows this. So what is the alternative? Privatization for social security? You agree?
One thing for sure is that the old guys can do nothing about it. Revolution? Have you ever seen the grandpas and grandmas with their canes overthrew a government?
So my advising to you all in the US is to make as much money as possible for the future retirement. Don't count on your offspring, for the western culture that they learn has never taught about the Chinese philosopher: respect and taking care of your old parents.
