I fixed my PC. The computer complained that a heat sicker was missing and refused to boot up. With my experienced inspection, he he, I found out that the cause of the heat sinker falling off. It was because one of the hookers for the spring load of the sinker falling off of the printing circuit board. What a quality of Dell machine! I put some crazy glue on the legs of the hooker and put it back in. Hope it will stay.
