但不是美军授的，是菲律宾授的。但至少美国的习惯是以一个人曾经拥有的最高头衔来称呼之。比如现在还叫克林顿总统，说其任职总统前的事情也说是总统当时怎样怎样，其实中国也这个习惯，比如说皇帝小时候怎样怎样。
