以前在讨论中，我曾经说，在台风过后，美军直接参加救援工作。
结果有网友说，军队不得参与国内事务。参加了肯定是错误。
现在，诸位可以看见，不仅是美军陆军参加了，而且，连航空母舰都
动员了。
