rgenergy.com/）快要破产了，又一批设备在拍卖。
美国的评估师估价为５０００万美元左右。在美国拍卖最高出价为５８００万美元。
偏偏有一家中国公司：Beijing Guohua Electric Power Corporation（国华电力公司)，
就是李鹏儿子的公司，硬要出８２００万美元去买，你说怪不怪呀？别人出5800万，你为
什么出8200万？显然，几千万美元又要进了李鹏的腰包.

NRG Energy Inc. plans to sell power-generating equipment to a Chinese company
for a total of $80.4 million. According to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court for the Southern District of New York, NRG plans to sell two gas turbi
nes, one steam turbine generator and related equipment to Beijing Guohua Elec
tric Power Corp., a joint venture of state-owned Shenhua Group Corp. and Chin
a Light and Power Co., based in Hong Kong
Beijing Guohua was the winning bidder after NRG conducted a worldwide adverti
sing campaign to sell the equipment. The only other bidder offered $58 millio
n.
The bid was approved by NRG's board on June 17.
The filing said Minneapolis-based NRG will net $70.8 million after it pays a
unit of General Electric Co. $7.5 million that it still owes on the equipment
and $2.1 million to PennEnergy Inc., an Internet-based marketing company, wh
ich was also involved in the deal.
NRG also will avoid storage charges of about $97,000 per month for the equipm
ent.
While the parties have agreed on the transaction, the bankruptcy judge in New
York must still approve the deal before it can go through. NRG asked the cou
rt to act quickly and waive the 10-day comment period, which is standard in s
uch cases.
NRG filed for bankruptcy protection on May 14.
