我同意不锈钢嘴巴的看法:中国政府不该把海外华人当敌人.但据我观察,不少海外华人把
中国政府当敌人.靠这些人向中国政府施压释放刘荻,效果恐怕会适得其反.
我不明白为什么南峡认为我的假设不可能.美国有言论自由的国家就能保证不会误抓,误判,误杀吗?

Since 1973, 107 people in 25 states have been released from death row with evidence of their innocence. (Latest release, Rudolph Holton, January 24, 2003) .
There is no way to tell how many of the over 750 people executed since 1976 may also have been innocent. Courts do not generally entertain claims of innocence when the defendant is dead.
