timeline for Iraq to follow in disarment, specifically the timeline should be mid septempber 2002. The criteria should be strict enough so that Shadam will lose face and credibility to continue his tyrany or be punished by war. Need raise important issues such as financial support to suicide bombers and high-level official corruptions that lead to Iraqi humantarian crisis, may demand full financial disclosure of Iraqi top officials, including Shadam, and its effects on the suffering of Iraqi citizens.
If Shadam won't budge, US will lead multi-national forces to overthrow shadam and establish a democratic Iraq. Time to attack would have been mid February 2003.
The main obstacle would have been France, Germany etc., therefore a new resolution would be impossible, but US can select to deliver Shadam an ultimatum instead, and act forcefully after the timeline.
