 从美国被俘军人六条军规看老鼠是否应该招供 |

在老W的压力下，俺去查了美国军规。这份军规规定，当俘虏后，可以提供
自己的年龄，官阶，等。但是不得提供任何危害战友的信息。
注意，用于老鼠的情况，有两个本质的不同，
1。美军入伍必须宣誓，叛变则违誓。老鼠是否加入组织，加入时是否宣誓，
目前情况不明。如果没有发誓，则有供出组织的余地；
2。美军被俘，落入的是敌对势力之手。如果老鼠加入组织，则要看她组织的
是否定位在和中国政府为敌。如果是，则她不得出卖组织和战友。如果不是，
则不存在出卖问题。供或者不供，都是她个人的自由抉择，旁人无权干涉。

附件1。美国被俘军人行为准则
The Armed Forces Code of Conduct
Article I
I am an American fighting man. I serve in the forces which guard my country and our way of life. I am prepared to give my life in their defense.
Article II
I will never surrender of my own free will. If in command I will never surrender my men while they still have the means to resist.
Article III
If I am captured, I will continue to resist by all means available. I will make every effort to escape and aid others to escape. I will accept neither parole nor special favors from the enemy.
Article IV
If I become a prisoner of war, I will keep faith with my fellow prisoners. I will give no information nor take part in any action which might be harmful to my comrades. If I am senior, I will take command. If not, I will obey the lawful orders of those appointed over me and will support them in every way.
Article V
When questioned, should I become a prisoner of war, I am required to give name, rank, service number, and date of birth. I will evade answering further questions to the utmost of my ability. I will make no oral or written statements disloyal to my country and its allies or harmful to their cause.
Article VI
I will never forget that I am an American fighting man, responsible for my actions, and dedicated to the principles which made my country free. I will trust in my God and in the United States of America.
附件2。美国兵入伍誓词
THE OATH OF ENLISTMENT/REENLISTMENT
"I DO SOLEMNLY SWEAR (OR AFFIRM) THAT I WILL SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC; THAT I WILL BEAR TRUE FAITH AND ALLEGIANCE TO THE SAME; AND THAT I WILL OBEY THE ORDERS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE ORDERS OF THE OFFICERS APPOINTED OVER ME, ACCORDING TO REGULATIONS AND THE UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE. SO HELP ME GOD."
