Because the custom calculate the total trade by both import and export.

In China, most of the export company are joint-venture and they earn the

free custom tax if they export the final product by import the raw material.

So if we said the export is 37%, then the import related to this export

should be at least 30%. So the whole sum will be 67%. I would take 80%

chance for this so 50% in total trade is related to Foreign market.
