俺只证明一个事实：美国人民没有享受民主.
It is because if they don't realize they need to get involved in politics, by default, no US government agencies can afford its resources to do it on their behalf,( except to pay your taxes, of course). That is not to say, private organizations didn't do their duty to educate new citizens for the common good. But if new citizens come to realize what their political involvement could do to their lives and they want to vote, they can't be turned away.
That is the BIG difference between US and China as i see it.
Politics isn't the only avenue to pursuit one's happiness on earth. American culture is apolitical which is not a bad thing.
