Can't type chinese now.
1. i am not a 法学专家.
2. I don't think Chen's resign will do any good, I've said this long before; I think it is, at least, a stategic mistake from KMD. Just think who will be the beneficiary if he resigned?
3. Chen might not be legally responsible to this incident, but, it doesn't mean that he is ethically right, too.
4. In a bi-partisan system, it's nothing about law nor ethic, it's all about partisanship. the question is always who could be a better player; Ma could be, but his Harvard ideology and approachs faded in a Chinese society; those craps could not be grafted to China.
